Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranch Training & 9
Resource Center - Safety Harbor Campus is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Flori da House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 638, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Florida Sheriffs 16
Youth Ranch Training & Resource Center - Safety Harbor Campus as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 638. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
