Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pensacola & Perdido Bays Estuary Program - 9
Oyster Restoration and Community Grant Program is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined i n The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 1207, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $495,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Pensacola & 16
Perdido Bays Estuary Program - Oyster Restoration and Community 17
Grant Program as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
1207. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
