Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Tuf Luv Initiative is an Appropriations Project 8
as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives 9
and is described in Appropriations Project Request 554, herein 10
incorporated by referenc e. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $800,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Children and Families to fund the Tuf Luv 14
Initiative as described in Appropriations Project Request 554. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
