Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. St. Pete Beach Fire Station 22 is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 669, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Financial Services to fund the St. Pete Beach 14
Fire Station 22 as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
669. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
