Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. SafeZone Nassau is an Appropriations Project as 8
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 9
is described in Appropriations Project Request 708, herein 10
incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $38,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the SafeZone Nassau 14
as described in Appropriations Project Request 708. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
