Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. State College of Florida Nursing Partnership 9
Match is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1007, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $675,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the State College of Florida 16
Nursing Partnership Match as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 1007. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
