Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Broward County Sheriff's Office Digital 9
Forensic Unit Expansion is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives an d is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1348, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $505,481 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Broward County 16
Sheriff's Office Digital Forensic Unit Expansion as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1348. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
