Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Loxahatchee Groves Public Works Equipment 9
Facility Rehabilitation is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representativ es and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1189, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $850,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Economic Oppo rtunity to fund the Loxahatchee 16
Groves Public Works Equipment Facility Rehabilitation as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1189. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
