Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Naples Gulf of Mexico Beach Stormwater Outfall 9
Pipe Removal & Water Quality Project is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1080, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $5,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Naples 16
Gulf of Mexico Beach Stormwater Outfall Pipe Removal & Water 17
Quality Project as described in Appropriations Project Request 18

Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
