Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Keys Area Health Education Center - Monroe 9
County Children's Health Center is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hou se of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 346, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $650,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Health to fund the Keys Area Health Education 16
Center - Monroe County Children's Health Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 346. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
