Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Westchester Health and Wellness Information 9
Center Resources - Miami-Dade is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1273, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $50,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of State to fund the Westchester Health and Wellness 16
Information Center Resources - Miami-Dade as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1273. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
