Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pembroke Park Septic to Sewer Improvements SW 9
30th Avenue is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 735, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protectio n to fund the Pembroke 16
Park Septic to Sewer Improvements SW 30th Avenue as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 735. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
