Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pembroke Park Bicycle/Pedestrian Infrastructure 9
Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and i s described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1020, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $195,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Pembroke Park Bicycle/Pedestrian Infrastructure Improvements as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1020. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
