Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Pembroke Park Law Enforcement Records 9
Management System is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 718, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $212,937 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Law Enforcement to fund the Pembroke Park Law 16
Enforcement Records Management System as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 718. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
