Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Florida Children's Initiative Recidivism 9
Reduction and Prevention is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of R epresentatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 439, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $975,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Juvenile Justice to fund the Florida Children's 16
Initiative Recidivism Reduction and Prevention as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 439. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
