Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Improved Access to Care Through Transportation 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 894, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $60,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Improved Access 16
to Care Through Transportation as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 894. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
