Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Oak Hill Septic to Sewer is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1138, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Oak Hill 14
Septic to Sewer as described in Appropriations Project Request 15
1138. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
