Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Phoenix Programs of Florida - Residential 9
Facility Expansion Project is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 683, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $914,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Phoenix Programs 16
of Florida - Residential Facility Expansion Project as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 683. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
