Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Physical Plant Improvement for Community Safety 9
Net Behavioral Health Services - Marion County is an 10
Appropriations Project as d efined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 637, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Physical 16
Plant Improvement for Community Safety Net Behavioral Health 17
Services - Marion County as described in Appropriations Project 18
Request 637. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
