Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. DNA Comprehensive Therapy Care Model is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 753, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,867,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the DNA 14
Comprehensive Therapy Care Mod el as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 753. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
