Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Quantum Leap Farm Equine Assisted Therapy for 9
Veterans is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 593, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $190,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Veterans' Affairs to fund the Quantum Leap Farm 16
Equine Assisted Therapy for Veterans as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 593. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
