Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. National Flight Academy is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1344, herein incorporated b y reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $421,495 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Education to fund the National Flight Academy as 14
described in Appropriations Project Request 1344. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
