Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. South Florida Center for Women & Children at 9
The Village South is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 562, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $4,250,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Famil ies to fund the South 16
Florida Center for Women & Children at The Village South as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 562. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
