Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami-Dade County Energy Optimization at 9
Wastewater Facilities is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 480, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $750,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protec tion to fund the Miami-Dade 16
County Energy Optimization at Wastewater Facilities as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 480. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
