Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Camillus House Phoenix Human Trafficking 9
Recovery Program is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 838, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Camillus House 16
Phoenix Human Trafficking Recovery Program as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 838. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
