Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Central Florida Smart City Centers is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1266, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $4,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the Central 14
Florida Smart City Centers as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 1266. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
