Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. ChildNet - Preventing Opioid and General 9
Substance Abuse based Child Removals is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 780, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $360,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the ChildNet - 16
Preventing Opioid and General Substance Abuse based Child 17
Removals as described in Appropriations Project Request 780. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
