Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Project Opioid Initiative -Extended-Release 9
Injectable Medication for Opioid Use Disorder Program is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 734, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Project 16
Opioid Initiative-Extended-Release Injectable Medication for 17
Opioid Use Disorder Program as described in Appropriations 18
Project Request 734. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
