Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Tidal Valves and Flood Improvements 9
District 3 is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1110, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $100,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miami Tidal 16
Valves and Flood Improvements District 3 as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1110. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
