Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Delray Beach City-Wide Tidal Backflow 9
Prevention - WaStop Inline Check Valve Installation is an 10
Appropriations Project as defined i n The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 636, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $445,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Delray Beach 16
City-Wide Tidal Backflow Prevention - WaStop Inline Check Valve 17
Installation as described in Appropriations Project Request 636. 18
Section 3. This act shall take e ffect July 1, 2022. 19
