Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lake Worth Beach 10th and 13th Avenue North 9
Stormwater Upgrades Resilience is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hou se of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 944, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $350,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Lake Worth 16
Beach 10th and 13th Avenue North Stormwater Upgrades Resilience 17
as described in Appropriations Project Request 944. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
