Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lake Worth Beach Parrot Cove Stormwater 9
Resilience is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 943, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $450,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Lake Worth 16
Beach Parrot Cove Stormwater Resilience as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 943. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
