Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Mary McLeod Bethune Resource Center is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1113, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $612,711 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of State to fund the Mary McLeod Bethune Resource 14
Center as described in Appropriations Project Request 1113. 15
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 16
