Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Citrus Grove Road Phase II is an Appropriations 8
Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida House of 9
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 10
Request 1304, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $8,000,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 13
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 14
Citrus Grove Road Phase II as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 1304. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
