Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Second Chance Program - 19th Judicial Circuit 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1016, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $346,735 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Corrections to fund the Second Chance Program - 16
19th Judicial Circuit as described in Appropriations Project 17
Request 1016. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
