Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. University of South Florida Home Instruction 9
for Parents of Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined i n The Rules of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 947, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the University of South 16
Florida Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters 17
(HIPPY) as described in Appropriations Project Request 947. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
