Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. East Tampa and Ybor Connection Corridors is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1416, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $15,109,500 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust 13
Fund is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund 14
the East Tampa and Ybor Connection Corridors as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 1416. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
