Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Laurel Wilt Disease Mitigation Program is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1047, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $150,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 13
Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to fund the 14
Laurel Wilt Disease Mitigation Program as described in 15
Appropriations Project Request 1047. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
