Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Adult Literacy League -Improving the Lives of 9
Central Floridians through Literacy and Education is an 10
Appropriations Project as d efined in The Rules of The Florida 11
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 12
Project Request 789, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $25,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Education to fund the Adult Literacy League -16
Improving the Lives of Central Floridians through Literacy and 17
Education as described in Appropriations Project Request 789. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effe ct July 1, 2022. 19
