Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Ocean City- Wright Fire Control District Fire 9
Station and Training Ground is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida Hous e of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 1396, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $900,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Financial Services to fund the Ocean City- Wright 16
Fire Control District Fire Station and Training Ground as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 1396. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
