Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Oakland South Lake Apopka Initiative 9
Alternative Water Project is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 841, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Prot ection to fund the Oakland 16
South Lake Apopka Initiative Alternative Water Project as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 841. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
