Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Accessing Services to Mentally Ill and 9
Substance Use Disorder Patients is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House o f Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 858, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $690,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Children and Families to fund the Accessing 16
Services to Mentally Ill and Substance Use Disorder Patients as 17
described in Appropriations Project Request 858. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
