Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. St. Cloud Implementation of Chisholm Park 9
Masterplan Phase I is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and i s 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 801, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protec tion to fund the St. Cloud 16
Implementation of Chisholm Park Masterplan Phase I as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 801. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
