Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Domestic Abuse Shelter, Inc - Rebuild, Recover, 9
Restore is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1332, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Children and Families to fund the Domestic 16
Abuse Shelter, Inc - Rebuild, Recover, Restore as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 1332. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
