Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. City of Hallandale Beach - Austin Hepburn 9
Senior Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is des cribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1520, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $103,181 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Elder Affairs to fund the City of Hallandale Beach 16
- Austin Hepburn Senior Center as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1520. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
