Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. West Park Neighborhood Traffic Calming Plan 9
Phase 1 is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1365, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $300,000 from the State Transportation (Primary) Trust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
West Park Neighborhood Traffic Calming Plan Phase 1 as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1365. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
