Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Miami Kinloch Flooding Mitigation and Road 9
Reconstruction is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is d escribed 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1324, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,269,619 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protecti on to fund the Miami 16
Kinloch Flooding Mitigation and Road Reconstruction as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1324. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
