Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Dixie County Old Town Fire Station is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 1624, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $3,555,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Financial Services to fund the Dixie County 14
Old Town Fire Station as described in Appropriations Project 15
Request 1624. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 17
