Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Fort Walton Beach Hill Avenue and Anchors 9
Street Complete Street Project Design is an Appropriations 10
Project as defined in The Rul es of The Florida House of 11
Representatives and is described in Appropriations Project 12
Request 1553, herein incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $187,500 from the State Transportation (Primary) Tr ust Fund 15
is appropriated to the Department of Transportation to fund the 16
Fort Walton Beach Hill Avenue and Anchors Street Complete Street 17
Project Design as described in Appropriations Project Request 18
1553. 19
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 20
