Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Fort Myers Beach Estero Blvd Water and 9
Stormwater Improvements is an Appropriations Project as defined 10
in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1386, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Prote ction to fund the Fort Myers 16
Beach Estero Blvd Water and Stormwater Improvements as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1386. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
